I’m Sharandeep, a NAMA Board Certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner dedicated to helping people restore balance and vitality through personalised, holistic care. I grew up in a household influenced by Ayurveda, where these principles were a natural part of daily life. My personal health journey included challenges with eczema and dysmenorrhoea—conditions that modern approaches failed to relieve long-term. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, I now enjoy a pain-free menstrual cycle and clear, healthy skin.
